When you enroll, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course materials for personal, non-commercial use subject to any time limits stated at purchase.

4. Payments and refunds

Prices are shown in USD. Taxes may apply. Refunds follow the policy in the FAQ. Chargebacks without attempting resolution may lead to account suspension.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not harass, discriminate, or share harmful content.
• Do not infringe intellectual property.
• Do not attempt to disrupt or scrape the service.

6. User content

You retain ownership of your presentations and submissions. You grant us a limited license to host and display content to deliver course features and feedback.

We provide educational content “as is.” We do not guarantee specific career, financial, or performance outcomes.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VividScene Oratory is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
